All sales at The Prop Haus are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations on any purchases. By completing your transaction, you acknowledge that you are purchasing an as-is item with no option for return or refund.
Condition of Items
All items, including clothing and props, are sold as-is and may show signs of wear, aging, or production use. We do our best to describe and photograph each item accurately. However, variations in color, condition, or minor imperfections may exist. The Prop Haus is not responsible for any discrepancies in item expectations.
Shipping & Lost or Damaged Items
- Once an order has been shipped, The Prop Haus is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
- We strongly recommend purchasing shipping insurance and selecting a shipping method that includes tracking.
- If your package is lost or damaged in transit, you must file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.
Authenticity & Liability
The Prop Haus guarantees the authenticity of all listed items to the best of our knowledge. However, we are not liable for third-party authentication disputes, resale issues, or any claims regarding provenance once an item has been sold
No Refunds on Gift Cards
Gift cards purchased from The Prop Haus are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit. We are unable to replace lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards.
