Thank you for shopping with The Prop Haus! This Shipping Policy outlines our shipping process, estimated delivery times, and responsibilities for domestic and international orders.
1. Order Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays).
- Processing times may be extended during peak seasons, special events, or for high-value items requiring additional handling.
2. Domestic & International Shipping
We ship worldwide from Oklahoma using trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, DHL, and USPS.
International Shipping
- Estimated delivery time varies by destination and shipping method selected at checkout.
- The Prop Haus is not responsible for delays due to customs, local postal services, or other unforeseen circumstances.
- Some countries may experience extended delivery times due to customs clearance procedures.
3. Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the item's weight, dimensions, and destination.
- Buyers are responsible for all shipping fees, including any additional costs for expedited or insured shipping.
- Some orders may qualify for flat-rate or free shipping promotions (if applicable).
4. Customs, Duties & Taxes (For International Orders)
- The Prop Haus is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country.
- These charges, if applicable, are determined by local customs authorities and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.
- If a package is returned due to unpaid customs fees or incorrect shipping information, the buyer is responsible for reshipment costs.
5. Tracking & Delivery
- A tracking number will be provided once the order has shipped.
- The customer is responsible for monitoring their package’s progress.
- If tracking shows a package as delivered but the buyer cannot locate it, they must contact the shipping carrier directly.
6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
- The Prop Haus is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they are in transit.
- If a package is lost or arrives damaged, the buyer must file a claim with the shipping carrier.
- We strongly recommend purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items.
7. Undeliverable & Returned Packages
- If a package is returned due to incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to pay customs duties, the buyer is responsible for reshipping costs.
- If a package is returned to us and the buyer does not request reshipment within 14 days, the order will be considered forfeited with no refund.
8. Restricted Shipping Locations
- We currently do not ship to certain countries due to carrier restrictions, sanctions, or high-risk shipping areas.
- If an order is placed to a restricted location, we will cancel and refund the order.
9. Shipping Insurance & Signature Requirements
- Shipping insurance is available at checkout for additional protection.
- High-value orders may require a signature upon delivery for security purposes.
10. Policy Agreement
By placing an order with The Prop Haus, you agree to this Shipping Policy and understand that The Prop Haus is not responsible for lost, delayed, or undeliverable packages once they are shipped.
