At The Prop Haus, all of the pieces we sell are acquired directly from studios, costume houses, property masters, weapons coordinators, and other crew members involved in film and television productions. This direct connection to the production ensures the authenticity and provenance of each item, giving you confidence in the piece’s origin and history. We focus on bringing iconic, verified items from Hollywood into the hands of passionate collectors and fans.

We will provide a Certificate of Authenticity (COA) for each auction lot or individual item purchased from our website. Each COA includes the item's production name, description, and an official embossed seal with our company name. If multiple items are sold together as a lot, a single COA will be issued to cover all items listed in the description. Please note that COAs are not provided for promotional items or items not used in the production.

The buyer pays all shipping costs. The Prop Haus will ship items in-house, depending on size or type. The Prop Haus will use either UPS or USPS for all shipping except “special shipping required” items. For all international shipments, the buyer is responsible for all customs, duties, taxes, and fees.

The Prop Haus do not accept returns. All sales are final. All property and lots are sold “as is” and “where is.”

At this time, The Prop Haus does not offer consignment opportunities. We focus on curating and acquiring iconic props and costumes directly from trusted sources in the industry.
